Cold Brew Concentrate
Create smooth, low-acid cold brew concentrate perfect for hot summer days. This make-ahead method stays fresh for up to two weeks.

Overview
Cold brew represents the opposite end of the coffee spectrum from espresso - where patience replaces pressure to create a smooth, refreshing concentrate. This low-and-slow method uses time instead of heat to extract coffee's flavors, resulting in a naturally sweet, low-acid beverage.
The extended 12-24 hour steeping process extracts different compounds than hot brewing methods, producing a concentrate that's perfect for iced drinks, mixing with milk, or diluting to taste. Cold brew is forgiving, consistent, and ideal for batch preparation.
