Create theatrical and precise coffee with vacuum brewing technology

Siphon coffee brewing is part science experiment, part theatrical performance. This vacuum brewing method uses two chambers, heat, and atmospheric pressure to create one of the most visually striking coffee experiences possible while producing remarkably clean, complex flavors.
The siphon's unique brewing process allows for precise temperature control and even extraction, resulting in a coffee that's crisp, aromatic, and full of subtle flavors. It's the perfect method for impressing guests while brewing exceptional coffee that highlights the intricate notes of premium beans.
Assemble the siphon with cloth filter secured in the upper chamber. Fill the lower bulb with water and place on heat source.
Heat water in the lower chamber until it begins to rise into the upper chamber. This creates the vacuum effect essential to siphon brewing.
When water has fully risen, add ground coffee to the upper chamber. Stir gently with bamboo paddle to ensure all grounds are saturated.
Allow coffee to brew for 90 seconds. Stir once more halfway through to ensure even extraction. The brewing chamber should maintain consistent heat.
Remove from heat source. Coffee will be drawn back into the lower chamber through vacuum effect. Serve immediately for best flavor.
