Is Coffee Good for Skin?

Yes, it is. Coffee Scrub is full of antioxidants, which are great for killing cells in the skin.

The one ingredient in coffee that has the most benefits for the skin is antioxidants. It has phenols in it. This is why it can kill free radicals in the skin that can damage the skin.

In the USA, coffee is the number one source of antioxidants. When you consume it in liquid form, you do get some benefits. But preparing a skin scrub using coffee grounds can increase the rate at which your skin absorbs antioxidants from coffee grounds.

Along with antioxidants, coffee is rich in vitamin B3. But coffee beans only release this compound after it has been roasted. So, if you are thinking about using raw coffee beans, you should give it a second thought.
