Instructions
Cold Brew Preparation
- Combine coarse ground coffee with room temperature water in a large jar
- Stir gently and steep for 12-24 hours at room temperature
- Strain through fine mesh and coffee filter to get smooth concentrate
- If you have a nitro system, charge the cold brew; otherwise, use as is
Fudge Creation
- Line 8x8 pan with parchment paper
- In double boiler, melt white chocolate chips with condensed milk
- Remove from heat, whisk in ½ cup cold brew concentrate
- Add Irish cream syrup, vanilla, and heavy cream
- Mix until smooth and glossy
- Pour into prepared pan, sprinkle with sea salt
- Refrigerate 4+ hours until firm
- Cut into squares and serve
Pro Tips
- Concentrate strength matters: Taste your cold brew before adding to fudge - it should be strong since it will be diluted by other ingredients
- Temperature control: Let the melted chocolate cool slightly before adding cold brew to prevent seizing
- Storage: Keep fudge refrigerated and bring to room temperature before serving for best texture
- Nitro alternative: If no nitro system, whisk cold brew vigorously or use a milk frother for extra smoothness
