Midnight Mango Cascara Infusion

Infusion Preparation

1. Combine coarse ground coffee and cascara in large jar
2. Add diced mango and mint leaves
3. Pour room temperature water over mixture
4. Stir gently to ensure even saturation
5. Cover and steep for 8 hours at room temperature

Straining Process

1. Strain mixture through fine mesh strainer
2. Press fruit gently to extract flavors without bitterness
3. Strain again through coffee filter for clarity
4. Stir in agave syrup and lime juice

Serving

1. Fill glasses with ice
2. Pour infusion over ice
3. Garnish with fresh mango cubes and mint sprig
4. Serve with a straw and enjoy immediately

• Cascara can be found at specialty coffee shops or ordered online
• Use ripe but firm mango to avoid over-muddying the brew
• If cascara is unavailable, substitute with dried hibiscus for fruity notes
• Adjust sweetness with agave syrup to taste
• Store finished infusion in refrigerator for up to 3 days
• Shake gently before serving as natural separation may occur
