New Coffee Recipe
A simple, repeatable V60 cup with bright sweetness and a clean finish. This recipe uses a forgiving 1:15 ratio, two-pour structure, and a gentle swirl to even the bed—ideal for everyday home brewing with minimal fuss.

Instructions
1) Heat & prep
- Heat 300ml filtered water to 200°F.
- Place V60 on a mug or server, insert filter, and rinse with hot water. Discard rinse water.
2) Grind & dose
- Grind 20g coffee to medium-fine (like table salt).
- Add grounds to the filter and tap gently to level.
3) Bloom (0:00–0:45)
- Start timer. Pour 60ml (about 3x the coffee weight) to fully wet the grounds.
- Give the brewer a gentle swirl to saturate evenly.
- Let it bloom until 0:45.
4) Main pour (0:45–2:00)
- Slowly pour in circles up to 200ml total by 1:30.
- Pause briefly, then pour up to 300ml total by 2:00.
5) Drawdown & serve (2:00–3:30)
- Let the coffee finish dripping. Target total brew time: 3:00–3:45.
- Remove dripper, swirl the brewed coffee, and enjoy.
