Nordic Arctic Bloom Cold Brew with Freeze-Dried Cloudberry Foam

Cold Brew Base

1. Combine coarse ground coffee with room temperature water in a large jar
2. Stir gently to ensure all grounds are saturated
3. Cover and steep at room temperature for 12 hours
4. Strain through fine mesh strainer lined with cheesecloth
5. Refrigerate concentrate until ready to serve

Cloudberry Foam

1. Crush freeze-dried cloudberries into fine powder using mortar and pestle
2. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form
3. Gently fold in cloudberry powder until evenly distributed
4. Continue whipping to medium peaks

Assembly

1. Fill glasses with ice
2. Pour cold brew concentrate over ice
3. Top generously with cloudberry foam
4. Garnish with whole freeze-dried cloudberries

• If cloudberries aren't available, substitute with freeze-dried raspberries or lingonberries
• Make cold brew concentrate stronger (1:7 ratio) as ice will dilute it
• Foam can be made 2 hours ahead and kept chilled
• For best results, use Nordic or light roast coffee beans
• Strain cold brew twice for ultra-smooth texture
