Instructions

- Combine coarse ground coffee with room temperature water
- Stir well and let steep for 10 minutes for concentrated brew
- Strain through fine mesh or coffee filter
- Chill concentrate in refrigerator
Peanut Butter Layer
- In small bowl, whisk peanut butter with 2 tbsp warm milk until smooth
- Add remaining cold milk, maple syrup, and vanilla
- Whisk until completely combined and creamy
- Chill mixture for 5 minutes
Assembly
- Fill tall glass with ice cubes
- Pour peanut butter milk mixture over ice
- Slowly pour cold brew concentrate over back of spoon to create layers
