Peanut Butter Cold Brew Bark

Quick Cold Brew

1. Combine coarse ground coffee with room temperature water
2. Stir well and let steep for 10 minutes for concentrated brew
3. Strain through fine mesh or coffee filter
4. Chill concentrate in refrigerator

Peanut Butter Layer

1. In small bowl, whisk peanut butter with 2 tbsp warm milk until smooth
2. Add remaining cold milk, maple syrup, and vanilla
3. Whisk until completely combined and creamy
4. Chill mixture for 5 minutes

Assembly

1. Fill tall glass with ice cubes
2. Pour peanut butter milk mixture over ice
3. Slowly pour cold brew concentrate over back of spoon to create layers
4. Lightly whip heavy cream and spoon on top
5. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts and chocolate chips
6. Finish with sea salt flakes
7. Serve with straw and long spoon
