Cold Brew Preparation

  1. Combine coarsely ground coffee with cinnamon stick, cloves, and lightly crushed cardamom pods in a large jar
  2. Add room temperature filtered water and stir gently
  3. Cover and steep at room temperature for 12 hours
  4. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve lined with cheesecloth or coffee filter
  5. Stir in maple syrup until well combined
  6. Chill the spiced maple cold brew for at least 2 hours

Assembly

  1. Place 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream in each serving glass
  2. Slowly pour 150ml of chilled spiced maple cold brew over each serving
  3. Dust lightly with ground cinnamon
  4. Serve immediately with a spoon
