Vanilla Dalgona Cupcake

Coffee Base

1. Combine coarse ground coffee with room temperature water
2. Let steep for 10 minutes for quick cold brew concentrate
3. Strain through fine mesh or coffee filter

Dalgona Foam

1. In mixing bowl, combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water
2. Whip with hand mixer or whisk for 3-5 minutes until thick and fluffy
3. Mixture should hold stiff peaks and be light brown

Assembly

1. In tall glass, mix cold brew concentrate with milk and vanilla syrup
2. Add vanilla extract and stir well
3. Fill glass with ice
4. Spoon dalgona foam generously on top
5. Add dollop of whipped cream
6. Sprinkle vanilla wafer crumbs for cupcake effect
7. Serve with spoon to mix foam into drink

Success Tips:

• Use equal parts instant coffee, sugar, and hot water for perfect dalgona ratio
• Whip dalgona mixture until it's very thick - this takes patience!
• Chill your glass beforehand for best presentation
• Make extra dalgona foam - it keeps in fridge for 2-3 days
• Crush vanilla wafers in sealed bag with rolling pin for easy crumbs
