Method
<h2>Prepare Turkish Coffee</h2>
<ol><li>Grind coffee beans to powder-fine consistency</li><li>Add cold water, coffee, Aleppo pepper, cardamom, and sugar to cezve</li><li>Stir mixture thoroughly and place on low heat</li><li>Heat slowly, stirring occasionally until foam begins to form</li><li>Remove from heat when foam rises, let settle, repeat 2-3 times</li><li>Allow coffee to cool completely (20 minutes)</li></ol>
<h2>Make Waffle Batter</h2>
<ol><li>Whisk flour and baking powder in large bowl</li><li>In separate bowl, beat eggs, add milk, melted butter, vanilla</li><li>Strain cooled Turkish coffee to remove grounds, reserve 120ml</li><li>Add strained coffee to wet ingredients</li><li>Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed</li></ol>
<h2>Cook Waffles</h2>
<ol><li>Preheat waffle iron to medium-high</li><li>Pour batter into waffle iron, cook 3-4 minutes until golden</li><li>Serve immediately with honey or Turkish delight</li></ol>
