<h2>Blue Matcha Foam</h2>
<ol><li>Whisk matcha powder with 2 tbsp warm water until smooth</li><li>Add blue spirulina powder and whisk until combined</li><li>Add milk and sweetener, then froth using milk frother or French press</li></ol>
