Steps

  1. Combine dry ingredients: Add coarsely ground coffee and cinnamon stick to your cold brew maker or large jar
  2. Add water: Pour room temperature filtered water over the coffee grounds, ensuring all grounds are saturated
  3. Stir gently: Mix to ensure even saturation, then cover
  4. Steep: Let steep at room temperature for 12 hours (or refrigerate for up to 16 hours for stronger flavor)
  5. Strain: Remove cinnamon stick and strain through fine mesh or cold brew filter
