A vibrant pour-over technique using three different coffee origins in sequential pours, creating layers of flavor that blend into a complex, colorful taste experience. Each pour reveals different tasting notes, mimicking the shifting patterns of a kaleidoscope.

Preparation

  1. Grind each coffee origin separately to medium-fine consistency
  2. Mix all three grounds together gently in your V60 filter
  3. Heat water to 205°F and rinse the filter

Brewing Process

  1. Bloom (0:00-0:30): Pour 42ml water in circular motion, let bloom for 30 seconds
  2. First Pour (0:30-1:00): Pour 100ml water slowly in tight spirals from center outward
  3. Second Pour (1:30-2:00): Add 100ml water in wider circles, focusing on edges
  4. Final Pour (2:30-3:00): Pour remaining 108ml water in gentle center spiral
  5. Total brew time: 4:00-4:30 minutes

Finishing
