A refreshing cold brew infused with dried lavender and bright citrus notes. This aromatic coffee combines floral lavender with zesty orange and lemon for a sophisticated yet approachable summer drink. Perfect for hot days when you want something special but easy to make.

Steps

  1. Prepare aromatics: Zest the orange and lemon, avoiding the white pith. Set aside.
  2. Combine dry ingredients: In your cold brew maker or large jar, add coarse ground coffee, dried lavender, and half of the citrus zest.
  3. Add water: Pour room temperature filtered water over the coffee mixture, stirring gently to ensure all grounds are saturated.
  4. Steep: Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours (or up to 24 hours for stronger flavor).
  5. Strain: Filter through a fine-mesh strainer lined with cheesecloth or use your cold brew maker's filter.
  6. Serve: Pour over ice and garnish with remaining fresh citrus zest. Dilute with water or milk if desired.
