<h2>Making the Coffee Cubes</h2>
<ol><li><strong>Prepare Cold Brew</strong>: Combine coarsely ground coffee with room temperature water in a jar. Stir well and steep for 12 hours at room temperature or in fridge</li><li><strong>Strain</strong>: Filter through fine mesh strainer or coffee filter to remove all grounds</li><li><strong>Mix Flavors</strong>: In a bowl, whisk together 1 cup of cold brew concentrate, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla until well combined</li><li><strong>Taste and Adjust</strong>: Add more maple syrup if desired sweetness level isn't reached</li><li><strong>Fill Ice Trays</strong>: Pour mixture into ice cube trays, filling each compartment completely</li><li><strong>Freeze</strong>: Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until solid</li><li><strong>Serve</strong>: Add 3-4 cubes to a glass of cold milk, cream, or additional cold brew and enjoy as they slowly melt</li></ol>
