A creamy, indulgent coffee cocktail that combines smooth cold brew with rich peanut butter flavors and a frothy nitro-style finish. This dessert-like drink is perfect for afternoon treats or entertaining guests who love sweet coffee creations.

Cold Brew Base

  1. Combine coarse ground coffee with room temperature water in a large jar
  2. Stir gently and steep for 12 hours at room temperature
  3. Strain through fine mesh strainer lined with cheesecloth

Peanut Butter Mixture

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together peanut butter, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until smooth
  2. Gradually add 2 tbsp of cold brew concentrate, whisking until well combined

Assembly

  1. Fill glasses with ice cubes
  2. Add 1 tbsp of peanut butter mixture to each glass
  3. Pour 4 oz cold brew concentrate over the mixture
  4. Using a milk frother or French press, froth the heavy cream until thick and airy
