Cold Brew Base
- Combine coarse ground coffee with room temperature water in a large jar
- Stir gently and steep for 12 hours at room temperature
- Strain through fine mesh strainer lined with cheesecloth
Peanut Butter Mixture
- In a small bowl, whisk together peanut butter, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until smooth
- Gradually add 2 tbsp of cold brew concentrate, whisking until well combined
Assembly
- Fill glasses with ice cubes
- Add 1 tbsp of peanut butter mixture to each glass
- Pour 4 oz cold brew concentrate over the mixture
- Using a milk frother or French press, froth the heavy cream until thick and airy
