Wait 30 seconds</li><li><strong>First Pour</strong>: At 0:30, pour water to 150ml total in slow, steady spirals from center outward</li><li><strong>Second Pour</strong>: At 1:30, pour to 250ml total using same technique</li><li><strong>Final Pour</strong>: At 2:30, pour remaining water to 350ml total</li><li><strong>Finish</strong>: Coffee should finish dripping by 4:00-4:30 total time</li></ol>
