Method

<ol><li>Combine coarse ground coffee with room temperature water</li><li>Let steep for 10 minutes for quick cold brew concentrate</li><li>Strain through fine mesh or coffee filter</li></ol>
<h2>Dalgona Foam</h2>
<ol><li>In mixing bowl, combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water</li><li>Whip with hand mixer or whisk for 3-5 minutes until thick and fluffy</li><li>Mixture should hold stiff peaks and be light brown</li></ol>
<h2>Assembly</h2>
<ol><li>In tall glass, mix cold brew concentrate with milk and vanilla syrup</li><li>Add vanilla extract and stir well</li><li>Fill glass with ice</li><li>Spoon dalgona foam generously on top</li><li>Add dollop of whipped cream</li><li>Sprinkle vanilla wafer crumbs for cupcake effect</li><li>Serve with spoon to mix foam into drink</li></ol>
