Method
<h2>Quick Cold Brew</h2>
<ol><li>Combine coarse ground coffee with room temperature water</li><li>Stir well and let steep for 10 minutes for concentrated brew</li><li>Strain through fine mesh or coffee filter</li><li>Chill concentrate in refrigerator</li></ol>
<h2>Peanut Butter Layer</h2>
<ol><li>In small bowl, whisk peanut butter with 2 tbsp warm milk until smooth</li><li>Add remaining cold milk, maple syrup, and vanilla</li><li>Whisk until completely combined and creamy</li><li>Chill mixture for 5 minutes</li></ol>
<h2>Assembly</h2>
<ol><li>Fill tall glass with ice cubes</li><li>Pour peanut butter milk mixture over ice</li><li>Slowly pour cold brew concentrate over back of spoon to create layers</li><li>Lightly whip heavy cream and spoon on top</li><li>Sprinkle with crushed peanuts and chocolate chips</li><li>Finish with sea salt flakes</li><li>Serve with straw and long spoon</li></ol>
