A revolutionary cold brew method that uses multiple steeping stages to extract maximum flavor complexity. This technique creates layers of taste that unfold as you drink, combining the smoothness of traditional cold brew with enhanced depth and brightness.

Step 1: Prepare the Quantum Blend

  • Grind 60g medium roast and 40g dark roast beans to medium-coarse consistency
  • Mix the grounds in a large jar or cold brew maker

Step 2: First Infusion (6 hours)

  • Add 400ml room temperature filtered water to the coffee grounds
  • Stir gently to ensure all grounds are saturated
  • Cover and steep at room temperature for 6 hours

Step 3: Quantum Addition (6 more hours)

  • Without straining, add remaining 200ml water
  • Stir once and continue steeping for another 6 hours

Step 4: Final Extraction

  • Strain through fine mesh strainer, then filter through coffee filter
  • Store concentrate in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks

Step 5: Serve

  • Mix 1:1 with cold water or milk over ice
  • Adjust ratio to taste preference
