Method
Combine the coarse ground coffee and cold water in your large jar or pitcher.
Stir the mixture gently to ensure all grounds are fully saturated.
Cover the jar and place it in the refrigerator for 12 to 18 hours.
Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer lined with a coffee filter or cheesecloth into a clean container.
Discard the spent grounds and store the remaining liquid in the refrigerator.
Serve the concentrate over ice, diluting with water or milk if desired.
