Method

Setup : Place V60 filter in dripper, rinse with hot water, and place on scale

Grind : Grind coffee to medium-fine consistency (like table salt)

Bloom : Add coffee to filter, create small well in center. Start timer, pour 50ml water in circular motion. Wait 30 seconds

First Pour : At 0:30, pour water to 150ml total in slow, steady spirals from center outward

Second Pour : At 1:30, pour to 250ml total using same technique

Final Pour : At 2:30, pour remaining water to 350ml total
7
Finish : Coffee should finish dripping by 4:00-4:30 total time
Barista note: Taste before adjusting — a small change in grind, dose, ratio, or time usually makes the biggest difference.
